The antoniolupi showroom in Milan dresses in black and white
With the occasion of the Milan Design City 2021, antoniolpi introduces the latest collections in a completely renovated showroom.
Black&White Tra le righe
Black and white. Black and white. They are the protagonists of the renovated antoniolupi showroom in Milan, which opened its doors for Milan Design City 2021. Colors of timeless elegance accompany us throughout to discover the new collections of the company.
Tralerighe wallpapers and Tramato carpets, both designed by Gumdesign, act as the common thread between the showroom environments. Two collections designed beyond the boundaries of the bathroom which, with their intertwining lines and black & white color contrasts, give cohesion to the space and give a strong personality to the environments.
TRA LE RIGHE COLLECTION
Gumdesign wallpapers do not only define the “rooms” of the showroom, they also cover the walls of the shower showing all the potential of the product. The Tralerighe collection is in fact offered on two different supports: non-woven fabric (TNT) with a vinyl finish, suitable for any room in the house, and fiberglass, designed for areas in direct contact with water.
The Tramato rugs are made of velvet printed with the tufting technique and available in different sizes: squares, rectangles, circles and irregular shapes. A series of geometric figures that add warmth and softness to the space, giving a pleasant feeling of comfort.
BLACK AND WHITE
“Comfort” is the other protagonist of the showroom, as suggested by another important 2021 novelty by antoniolupi: Colormood. A new material with a soft touch finish, which makes surfaces extremely soft to the touch. As if to want to restore the lacking physical contact in the last year.
Colormood dresses the Ago85 washbasin and the Eclipse and Mastello bathtubs as well as other countertop sinks, softening the white / black palette with touches of gray, ecru, tortora and tobacco. A palette of 10 natural and soft colors in perfect harmony with the black & white of the other products.
Among the other novelties presented in the Milan showroom, the 024 freestanding sink and the Tratteggio mirrors by Gumdesign, the Bivio accessories by AL Studio, the MrWolf towel rail by Brian Sironi and the Bemade modular system by Carlo Colombo.
MIRRORS AND SINKS
The 024 sink and the Tratteggio mirror are part of the Tra le Righe project by Gumdesign. The heart of the sink is in its sustainability. The 24 wedges of marble that make up 024 are, in fact, recycled materials, glued together by resin in a contrasting color. Tratteggio is a collection of mirrors that comes from the overlapping of glass plates in different finishes (silver, silver fluted, transparent fumè).
O24 is the freestanding marble sink made from 24 segments of marble glued together by resin in a contrasting color. 024 is designed considering aspects related to environmental sustainability and using recycled materials. This sink, together with Gessati and Rigati, is part of the Tra_Le_Righe collection by Gumdesign for antoniolupi.
The 024 sink is made from 24 wedges of marble glued together by epoxy resin in a contrasting color. The marble strips are cut into a trapezoidal shape and then glued together.
The basin is in white Carrara marble while the pedestal is in black Marquinia marble. For the torso the wedges are much smaller which makes the sink light, weighing only 50 kg. Sustainability as a distinctive value of this sink is less evident if the look is limited to the aesthetic aspect but is a determining factor in its intrinsic realization.
The Bivio towel and paper roll holders are complements with an essential and clean design able to fit discreetly into any environment. The cubic base is in Carrara marble or Nero Marquina, the structure is in brass, available in different finishes.
MrWolf is a ladder towel rail to be placed on the wall. A light and informal multifunctional element made of brass painted in white or black and in the other colors in the antoniolupi catalog. It can be accessorized with a shelf and storage in Flumood or Colormood.
MrWolf is a towel holder that leans against the wall. Informal, elegant, light and solid, essential in shape but expressive in its overall image. A simple but multifunctional structure that leans against the wall and furnishes the space in which it is placed.
The new ladder is made of brass painted in white or black as well as in the color range of antoniolupi.
MrWolf has an integrated towel holder and can be equipped with a shelf and tray in Flumood or Colormood.
Borghi is the cork base and Cristalmood sink designed by Gumdesign
Finally, Bemade. A rigorous and widely customizable bathroom furniture system that, with its smoked glass door fronts, gives the showroom reflections of sophisticated elegance.
A rigorous perimeter that defines a surface, a frame that enhances an image, a sign that expresses man’s creative rigor and increases the sense of measure, the value of proportions, the intrinsic beauty of balance. A marked, decisive, absolute profile is the distinctive feature of the Bemade collection designed by Carlo Colombo.
The Bemade collection is the coherent evolution of Bespoke, one of antoniolupi’s bestsellers, from which it inherits the purity of form and compositional flexibility while respecting a rigorous and essential sign. The evolution lies precisely in the concept of the frame but also in the possibility of offering even greater possibilities for customizing the volumes to give identity to the space, to dialogue with the architectural elements that characterize the bathroom environment and not only.
