Right, it may be because of the sense of calm it inspires or because it evokes the endless horizons of sky, but the fact remains that blue is a timeless colour which reconciles almost everybody. It is perfect in combination with a lot of colours and materials, and it is available in several shades; in fact, blue can clothe locations with the most diverse styles. Borghi, antoniolupi

It is impressive but light, basic but welcoming. Borghi finds its strength in contrasts: it is the freestanding bath tube designed Gumdesign for antoniolupi. The core of the project is its narrower basis. It is a detail which lightens the bountiful volumes of this bathtub, creating the feeling it is levitating in the space. Borghi is made of Cristalmood, the transparent and coloured resin antoniolupi patented. It is an extremely resistant and versatile material available in a wide palette of colours, such as the intense and surrounding blue you can see in the picture.

Aura e Astra, antoniolupi

Blue turns to be magic with Aura and Astra, two freestanding washbasins by antoniolupi drawn by Marco Piva. Two sculptural volumes where material and colour are the main characters. Aura and Astra, which are made of Cristalmood, are equipped with an internal LED lightening which emphasizes further the reflections this innovative resin creates. The plays of light, in fact, define the shape of basin.

Atelier, Casalgrande Padana

Colour and nature. These are the key words of the Atelier collection byCasalgrande Padana. The tiles of gres porcelain are available in eight different colours and are inspired, in fact, by the shades of nature. From warm earth-coloured nuances to relaxing shades of plants and sea. In the picture, Atelier surrounds blue with ultramarine blue and indigo. The other colours of this collection are ruby red, octane, lavender, cornflower, brume and crystal. The palette is designed to match with the other lines from the catalogue of Casalgrande Padana.

Shifu, Borzalino

Shifu is the new system of sofa proposed by Borzalino. Shifu, which is designed to ensure the maximum compositive freedom, provides a wide range of elements to be configured in various manners. The project is characterized by the contrast between the important volumes of upholsteries and the light visible metal structure. An elegant and, at the same time, informal sofa which can integrate in very different places. It is available in a wide range of upholsteries such as the determined blue fabric in the picture. Any item of the collection is embellished by a small edge made of plaited leather.

Diva, Borzalino

Diva, the small armchair by Borzalino, drawn by Carlo Bimbi, is inspired by the Art Déco movement. This inspiration is evident in its enveloping shell shaped seatback. It is a decorative item but also and mainly a detail designed to increase the comfort of the seat. Diva is available in several upholsteries and is extremely stylish in its version in blue velvet. A fabric and a colour which are both able to embellish the whole room. Diva armchair is available both in the non-adjustable and swivel version.

Line, Olmar

This name does not leave space to doubts: lines are the core of Line, the radiant panel by Olmar designed by Giulio Cappellini. The lines, which are drawn from the metal edge defining each single panel, create a strict geometrical composition which transforms the chimney into a sculpture piece of furniture. Line consists of glass panels in different colours and is manufactured in two dimensions and in several finishings. Like all the products by Olmar, Line has three functions included into one single product. In addition to heating thanks to its far infra ray (FIR) technology, Line sanitizes and purifies places thanks to itsfunction as ionizer provided by its Dual AG+ Technology.

ONE is versatile and easy to be used, it is the perfect furniture item to provide shadow for outdoor spaces.
